Hi everyone,

I know, I know – a 2020-thrive has been a little overused…but I couldn’t resist! I’m so excited – we have a brand new and exciting product lined up for this year – one I think every QCTO-accredited SDP will be interested in. So watch this space!

Trusting you all had a lovely, restful, heart-warming break – and welcome back 😊

But first things first – in response to your on-going request for QCTO information and support we’d like to highlight all the various ways you can reach out and engage with us. This newsletter is dedicated to that, as well as all the usual information and opportunities you’re used to. Enjoy!

Yours in skills,
Andrea
