What is QCTO accreditation and Why It Matters
What is QCTO accreditation:
In order to offer nationally recognised certification, every Skills Development Provider must be accredited by the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO). This accreditation confirms that you are a high-quality provider and that your programmes are NQF-aligned, include in-depth assessment and that your learners have every chance at success in their EISA and FISA exams. It will allow you to stay compliant within South Africa’s evolving education framework and furthermore, in today’s competitive training landscape, earning a QCTO accreditation will set you apart as a professional and reputable provider.
Thrive provides expert guidance so that Skills Development Providers gain QCTO accreditation with confidence and clarity.

“We are so happy!!! Tears of joy this morning. We appreciate all the time and support provided by you (long conversations and guidance and connecting with your contacts)”
“I will definitely consider Thrive for future work. Andrea thank you for genuinely keeping to your word. The day we met, I was very nervous as I had met other consultants who could not deliver. You and your team got my accreditation 🙂 To the Thrive team and Izelle…A BIG THANK YOU”
“On behalf of Altitude extend our gratitude to Thrive and especially Alida for the support that was provided in the accreditation of Altitude by the QCTO. The site visit last week went very well and from the initial feedback from the individual who conducted the site visit she had no issues. She was very impressed in how we answered regarding the training material. The professionalism displayed by Alida who not only assisted us throughout the process but also was present for the site visit is greatly appreciated. She was always available to help and I will recommend anyone wanting to be accredited to consider Thrive.”
