Quality Management System (QMS) Design
  • Full understanding of current tacit quality management within your organisation.
  • Design and compilation of your training quality management system, including all necessary policies and procedures required by the QCTO for accreditation.
Project Planning & Management
  • Review and advise on facilitator-assessor (& moderator) subject matter expertise,
  • Ensure venue Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and equipment requirements are met,
  • Internal Learner Management Systems POPI and QCTO compliance,
  • Assistance with the design of templates and evidence collection,
  • Ongoing support, guidance, and compliance checks for evidence gathering.
Training Materials
  • High-quality, NQF-aligned, compliant training materials based on the QCTO curriculum document and come in three complete sets:
    • Basic First Aid for Employees (SP-230801),
    • Intermediate Emergency First Aid Responder (SP-230802), and
    • Advanced Emergency First Aid Responder (SP-230803).
  • Detailed internal moderation reports that include NQF alignment & compliance checks for Knowledge Modules, Practical Modules, and Workplace Experience modules.
QCTO Accreditation Application and Site Visit Support
  • QCTO online applications completed, including documentation uploads and self-evaluation forms for both institutional and programme accreditation,
  • QCTO electronic application and evidence folder,
  • Effective liaison, follow-up, and communication with the QCTO,
  • Thorough preparation for your QCTO site visit with a detailed run-through to ensure clarity and certainty,
  • Virtual support, including possible attendance at the QCTO site visit,
  • Formal handover of the completed folder along with an hour’s consultation to assist with next steps and compliance.
