QCTO Accreditation Confusing You Too?

I spend my days at the moment talking to providers about the old Seta accreditation system – alongside the new QCTO system. The differences, the challenges and the opportunities. It’s especially tricky with the large gap between all the legacy qualifications and unit standard options we enjoyed before and the limited number available at QCTO to date. I’m calling it the Bermuda triangle of skills development .

All is not lost! There are many creative ways we can move you to the QCTO and certainly now is the time, before the big rush and backlogs affect our turnaround times. These are currently 4 – 8 months and our whole team is encouraged by the commitment and reliable movement we’re experiencing. Our QCTO accreditation webinar last week was attended by 130 delegates and we had a great time chatting through some of the more tricky queries and scenarios after the webinar too.

If you missed it, the webinar intro is freely available on our website or catch the full webinar on our Thrive LMS. Feel free to have a look round the LMS while you’re there too.

If you have a specific question or situation in mind? Consider signing up for a one-on-one session with me, it’s only R490 ex VAT for the hour.

I look forward to chatting to you!

Yours in Skills,

Andrea
