Thriving by the seat of our pants!

Shooweee! So much has happened over the last year…this time last year we had very little idea how all the QCTO changes would impact industry and the work we do. So, we thought we’d take a little pause and celebrate how far we’ve come, Thrive Tribe…I’m so grateful that we’re feeling a lot more certain about work, life and everything and that there’s a proverbial twinkle at the end of the tunnel 😊

So, here goes! Some highlights of this year:

20th ANNIVERSARY

At the top of the year we celebrated Thrive’s 20th anniversary. We appreciate all the organisations, skills providers and you, our Thrive tribe for being part of our journey over the years. And to show our gratitude we hosted our first free QCTO accreditation information sharing session on the 16th of February 2023.

Orange testimonial banner that reads "It was such a pleasure to work and be guided by Thrive through the accreditation process. The consultant was very knowledgeable and patient, also very easy to work with. The compilation of our documents was completed orderly and therefore made the submission and site visit from the QCTO very manageable. It was an exciting experience." Green Solar Academy

BRAND FACELIFT

As part of celebrating our anniversary we refreshed our brand identity and website helping us to be more accessible and user-friendly. If you have not seen or experienced our new look, feel free to browse our website.

OUR HEAD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

We are pleased to re-introduce Izelle Swart as the Head of Customer Service. Izelle joined Thrive as our first consultant in 2006….with a passion for training and development and a deep knowledge of our clients and their needs she is ideally placed in her position. I’m grateful for her assistance and support in overseeing your customer journey with us.
