Facilitator RPL certification

 Have you been facilitating for some years and need the certificate to prove your competence? Does QCTO require you to be an officially certified facilitator? Then this is the ideal option for you!

This service is designed for experienced facilitators who don’t need the 2½-day detailed facilitator training, but only need to go through the POE summative assessment and be awarded facilitator certification.

Service includes:

2 x 30-minute online capacitation and assessment guidance sessions;

POE assessment and 1 x re-assessment.

Entry Requirements
Please note: The entry requirements are a Grade 12 or NQF level 4 equivalent qualification. Entry requirements make provision for RPL (recognition of prior learning) where no formal qualification is in place. Please contact us for queries in this regard. Assessment is conducted in English and learners are expected to be proficient in this language. By completing this registration form, these entry requirements are acknowledged.

Payment
 The cost is R2 950 (ex VAT) per person, including the capacitation sessions and summative POE assessment and 1 x re-assessment. Payment is required prior to the start of this service, via EFT. Payment enquiries to:Ingrid van Heerden ingrid@thrive.co.za 

Special and Particular needs
 Special and particular needs include but are not limited to physical disabilities, chronic diseases, illiteracy, culture, religion, spiritual needs, age, gender and language. All needs will be accommodated where possible, providing that the standard is not compromised. Learners must communicate any special needs that might affect their successful assessment prior to the service taking place.

Confidentiality and personal information
 By completing this registration form, your personal information indicated here will be kept confidential and only the relevant employees at Thrive have access to these details. The employees with access are the training administrator, operations manager, assessor and moderator. Your details along with the results of your assessment will be uploaded to the ETDP Seta’s learner management system as per their criteria for accredited training providers. Your personal information will be stored on a secure server and will only be destroyed appropriately at the recommended time applicable to the type of information eg. Thrive will keep your certificate on file for the duration of its business continuation. Any records to be appropriately destroyed will be communicated to you before doing so and with your permission, and using the supplied contact details.

Communications
 It is the learners’ responsibility to ensure that they are able to send and receive electronic communications between Thrive and their organisation.
