…and what a year it’s been! As we free-wheel into the hot and lazy days of December, Ingrid and I would like to take the opportunity to show massive gratitude to everyone who played such a pivotal role in ensuring 2018 was the joyful success that it was. Clients, colleagues, industry and of course our wonderful team all came together to help raise the skills development bar and ensure our clients were satisfied and our targets were met. …OUR FIRST GROUP OF THRIVERS!
In March 2018 Thrive launched our brand new turnkey skills development solution which, for the first time, included a learnership.

Thrive ensured careful candidate selection and bridging programme for all learners through the www.Harambee.co.za Youth Employment Accelerator. The result has been a small, focused and highly enthusiastic group.

Through supportive & encouraging Merck management, our careful facilitation & assessment and a work environment like no other, this learnership is everything the National Skills Strategy intended it to be – with a 100% retention to date!

Merck is a company committed to the highest standards of ethics and integrity. Taking on responsibility is something they’ve been doing for 350 years. They consider respecting the interests of their employees, customers, owners and society as the key to a successful future. Aligned with these values, we worked together with Merck to maximise their BEE skills development points, assisting them to deliver on their values by providing twelve bright young stars with a life-changing opportunity to grow, while at the same time fulfilling their operational requirements.

HOT OFF THE PRESS!!
At the end of November Thrive announced our amazing Assessor & Moderator Course COMBO deal.

All clients who register and finalise their assessor & moderator registrations by the end of January 2019 will be given a whooping 20% discount on both courses!

This SPECIAL includes a 2-day accredited Assessor Course, a 2-day accredited Moderator Course and summative POE assessments for both programmes. Complimentary guidance and support on how to do your assessor & moderator registrations included 🙂

All you need to do is book & pay before the end of January and make sure you complete the training before the end of 2019. Easy peezy, right?

Note that you need to be declared a competent assessor before you can do moderator training.
