Online delivery
Zoom is our virtual platform of choice – please ensure that you have adequate data, bandwidth, power backup and a quiet space to learn and engage for the duration of the training.

Entry Requirements
Please note: The entry requirements are a Grade 12 or NQF level 4 equivalent qualification. Entry requirements make provision for RPL (recognition of prior learning) where no formal qualification is in place. Please contact us for queries in this regard. Classes are conducted in English and learners are expected to be proficient in this language. By completing this registration form, these entry requirements are acknowledged.

Class Times
Classes begin promptly at 8h15. Although some days may finish earlier, expect the training day to end around 16h30.

Payment

Your seat will only be confirmed on receipt of payment. PLEASE NOTE: only payment can confirm your seat at the training – please pay no later than 2 weeks (10 working days) before the training start date so we can confirm course numbers. Please chat to us should you need to reschedule so we can see how best we can accommodate you.

Once your invoice is settled, you are welcome to change the training dates on one occasion; we ask that you let us know as soon as is possible so that we can plan on our side.

Special and Particular needs
Special and particular needs include but are not limited to physical disabilities, chronic diseases, illiteracy, culture, religion, spiritual needs, age, gender and language. All needs will be accommodated where possible, providing that the standard is not compromised. Learners must communicate any special needs that might affect their ability to learn to the facilitator prior to the training taking place, ensuring enough time for arrangements to be made.

Confidentiality and personal information
By completing this registration form, your personal information indicated here will be kept confidential and only the relevant employees at Thrive have access to these details. You will be added to the WhatsApp communication group for the registered dates only. You will also be included in email communication with your group. Relevant Thrive employees with access are the Training Administrator, Operations Manager, facilitator, assessor and moderator. Your details along with the results of your assessment will be uploaded to the ETDP Seta’s learner management system as per their criteria for accredited training providers. Your personal information will be stored on a secure server and will only be destroyed appropriately at the recommended time applicable to the type of information eg. Thrive will keep your certificate on file for the duration of its business continuation. Any records to be appropriately destroyed will be communicated to you before doing so and with your permission, and using the supplied contact details.

Communications
It is the learners’ responsibility to ensure that they are able to send and receive electronic communications between Thrive and their organisation.
