**** How to competently administering Learner assessments in a dynamic and changing environment ***** This high-impact and interactive course will take you through step-by-step the practicalities of the assessor roles and functions. We ensure the theory is covered at the beginning of the course, allowing us time to simulate your environment and your particular challenges. We will practically go through each step of the assessment process and ensure that a lot of your own POE assessment is completed through the course. Sample assessment templates, tools and documentation will be made available for you to use.
