Companies regularly set up representative skills development or equity committees. However, members often have had little exposure to this environment and their role and responsibilities on such a committee. This leaves a skills and awareness gap that needs to be filled in order for the committee to operate effectively.

This workshop is designed to provide relevant information to members of the Training committee - including their role and responsibilities - as well as give some theoretical background to the Skills Development environment. This will be customised to ensure relevance to the company's environment.
