Companies regularly set up representative skills development or equity committees. However, members often have had little exposure to this environment and require knowledge about their role and responsibilities on such a committee. This leaves a skills and awareness gap that must be filled so the committee can operate effectively.

This half-day workshop provides relevant information to members of training committees – including their role and responsibilities – as well as a theoretical background to the Skills Development environment. It will be customised to ensure relevance to your company’s environment.

This course can be scheduled to run over one day and can also include employment equity awareness components.
