Ingrid is a founding member and the reason the wheels turn so smoothly at Thrive – operations, finance and HR are all her forte. Previously in hospitality and event co-ordination Ingrid’s sunny disposition and meticulous nature keep the internal cogs turning on time.

Amanda has been working in the ETD environment since 2002 and is passionate about translating training and skills development into both tangible business success and transformation through passionate people development.
Amanda manages our Skills Development department and is responsible for overseeing all of our mandatory and discretionary grant submissions – for more than 100 annual clients in at least 15 Setas including Cell C, Coca-Cola, Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr, PMI, Mr Sweet and Telkom. She is also involved in high-level skills development consulting, highlighting the link between skills development and BEE strategy.

Alida van Heerden
In the training industry compliance and management space since 2005 and with us at Thrive from 2011. Alida loves meeting new people and working with all the different programmes that she comes across.
With more than 250 successful accreditation applications in 12 different Setas she is a highly experienced accreditation consultant. Her easy going nature and creativity ensure detailed, accurate and smooth sailing accreditation applications.
Our friendly and free spirited Alida is much loved by her clients.

Al has worked in the vocational education and Seta space since 2012, initially supporting Thrive with our client mandatory grant compliance and submissions. He has worked closely with our accreditation consultants to ensure high quality, NQF-aligned, Seta compliant training materials are delivered and implemented through our accredited providers. It is this work that has led him to become an all-round accreditation consultant – assisting not only with materials compliance, but also with company application and documentation compliance.
Service delivery and relationship building is of paramount importance to our cheeky and cheerful Al, who never ceases to brighten up the office.
Thilligie comes from a professional corporate and instructional design background and has been working in the vocational training and compliance arena since 2004. With a deep understanding of NQF-aligned, compliant training materials’ structural requirements, as well as her time spent in big business and higher education she is quickly becoming a steadfast and a further pillar of strength in our Thrive team.

Belinda’s gentle and kind nature is well known in the Thrive world. She has been in the training industry since 2001 and has been doing Seta accreditation consulting and support across a wide range of Setas since 2008 – she is a very experienced and meticulous consultant with an extraordinary eye for detail.
Watching the processes and paperwork coming together and seeing the clients’ happy faces when they receive their accreditation reports is Belinda’s favourite part of her work with us at Thrive.
With a background training materials design and compliance, Izelle joined Thrive as an Accreditation Consultant in 2006.
Discovering her passion for training she has added facilitation, assessing and moderating to her portfolio of services. Today she is not only Thrive’s key facilitator for the Assessor, Moderator and Facilitator Course, but a highly sought after and experienced Accreditation Partner.
