Thrive has successfully obtained our full accreditation with Seta by aligning our training programme to Unit Standard, designing the tools we use to evaluate learners for competency (PoE). Thrive has also played a major role in setting up our internal Training Committee by supporting and educating our elected Chairman, offering guidance on the staff members’ training needs and matching those to the correct training programme. They have also completed our WSP for many years, with each year resulting in TDW receiving a substantial refund from Seta. The Document Warehouse has no hesitation in highly recommending Thrive as the best outsource option for accreditation of providers, leaners and all SDF functions.
